Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Electrical QAQC Professional to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all electrical components and systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, calibration, and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with engineering teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Calibrate electrical equipment and systems, ensuring accurate functionality.
• Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing design layouts and schematics related to electrical installations.
• Collaborate with CNC fabrication teams to ensure that all electrical components are manufactured according to quality standards.
• Implement and maintain vision inspection systems for quality control processes.
• Provide field service support, troubleshooting issues as they arise in the operational environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, calibrations, and corrective actions taken.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of quality assurance tasks.
Requirements
• Proven experience in electrical QAQC roles or similar positions within the commercial electrical sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD for design review purposes.
• Familiarity with CNC fabrication processes is highly desirable.
• Experience with vision inspection systems for quality assurance is a plus.
• Ability to perform field service tasks, including troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
