Commercial Electrician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and safety protocols. This position involves working on various construction sites, performing installations, maintenance, compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Duties • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various electrical tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on high voltage and low voltage systems. • Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical work during renovation projects. • Provide maintenance person services as needed to support overall project completion. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician. • Strong knowledge of NEC standards and safety practices related to electrical work. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations. • Familiarity with frame carpentry is a plus. • Experience working on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid electrician's license or certification is preferred.
