About You

The Commercial Finance Manager acts as the primary business partner of the Commercial Team. The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that they work towards agreed plans and objectives and provide guidance in matters pertaining to financial soundness of plans and compliance.

Function

The Finance team is central to the delivery of key business objectives and targets across the P&L, Balance Sheet and broader external market share. The members of the team are respected business partners to their stakeholders inside and outside of the function, and work as part of a cross-functional team to help shape the future of Diageo China.

About the Role

• Be accountable for Channel, Region and Brand P&L. Monitoring closely on investment efficiency including Fund to Trade as well as A&P, providing strategic insights and advices for business performance improvements.

• Partner with General trade commercial director/EC commercial director and lead top line planning, forecasting and management reporting process by embedding JUBP, Demand and Consensus review in DCL.

• Partner with Marketing director and Customer marketing director lead the M&E processes, monitoring trade spend and A&P with efficiency and agility.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

• Qualified Accountant with 5 years and above experience in Commercial Finance

• FP&A experience, experience in providing commercial finance support is preferred

• Ability to think and judge independently

• Agility and accountability

• Strong analytical skills

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
