We're looking forskilled installers and carpentersto join our traveling crew. You'll work on a variety of commercial projects, leading and collaborating with team members to install shelving systems, trim, custom millwork, wall paneling, and more. Whether you're anchoring metal displays or cutting crown molding, your work will help our clients make a strong visual impression.
Responsibilities
• Install commercial metal fixtures and finish carpentry components per blueprints and layout plans
• Assemble and anchor displays, cabinets, signage supports, and architectural millwork
• Interpret technical drawings for precise placement and alignment
• Operate power tools and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Track hours, tasks, and materials using Android tablets and paper logs
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and job site protocols
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades
• Travel to job sites across CA and neighboring states (per diem and travel time paid)
Qualifications
• 2 or more years of experience in commercial fixture installation or finish carpentry
• Strong proficiency with tools like impact drivers, saws, and drills
• Ability to read blueprints and layout plans
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay on-site for up to one week at a time
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
• Due to new U.S. air travel regulations, all traveling team members must have either a real ID or a valid passport. If you don't already have one, we simply ask that you're willing to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
Compensation & Benefits
• Full-time schedule with 8 to 10-hour shifts
• Competitive pay at $30 to $40 per hour, based on experience
• Paid travel time, night shift premiums, and per diem when staying overnight
