Why You’ll Love Working Here • Competitive Pay– $35–$45/hr (based on experience) +weekly pay • Take-Home Company Truck– Fully stocked with recovery machine, vacuum pump, ladders, and more • Industry-Leading Benefits– Full medical, dental, vision + 401(k) with a6% company matchon 4% contribution • Paid Time Off– Up to 20 days PTO (based on experience) + paid holidays from day one • Career Growth– We invest in training, certifications, and promotion from within What You’ll Do • Diagnose, service, and repaircommercial HVAC refrigeration systems: walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, rack systems, ice machines as well as RTU’s, split systems, and chillers. • Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively • Follow all safety protocols and refrigerant handling guidelines • Communicate clearly with customers and recommend needed repairs or upgrades • Share your expertise to mentor junior technicians What We’re Looking For • 4–6+ yearsof hands-on commercial refrigeration & HVAC service experience • Previous commercial kitchen equipment repair experience is a plus • Proven skill with diagnostics, repairs, and system performance optimization • EPA Type II certificationrequired |OSHA 30preferred • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach The RLP Mechanical Difference Our technicians aren’t just numbers on a roster — they’re the reason our customers keep coming back.
