Commercial HVAC Service Tech (5yrs exp required)

Job Description Commercial HVAC Service Technician We are looking for an experienced HVAC service technician. Job Duties include: • Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to a variety of commercial HVAC systems, Chillers, Boilers, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, package rooftops, split systems, controls, pumps, VAVs. • Proficient reading wiring diagrams and schematic drawings • Excellent customer service skills • Outstanding problem-solving skills • Organization and attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently- maximizing productivity and minimizing down time • Carrying and climbing ladders, up to 40’ • Share in after-hours on-call rotation Employment Requirements: • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience • High School diploma or GED • Technical school education • EPA certified • Valid driver’s license • Must pass drug test & background check • OSHA certification is a plus, but not required • This position requires a range of physical abilities consisting of climbing, carrying 75 lbs. or more, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, push/pull, heights, confined spaces.
