Commercial HVAC Service Technician and Installer

Job Type: HVAC Commercial/Residential Salary Range: $80k-90k Required Education & Training: High school diploma or GED Preferred Education & Training: Post Secondary Technical Training, recognized certifications such as EPA, HVAC Excellence, NATE, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, CFESA Work Experience: 5+ years minimum Skills and Requirements: Strong knowledge of the tools and techniques used to maintain, diagnose, problems, and repair HVAC, refrigeration systems, and associated electrical components with installation experience. Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and microprocessor control systems. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Ability to interpret diagrams, drawings, and equipment manuals. Proficient in the evacuation, recovery, and charging of refrigeration systems. Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools. Ability to work at heights and on ladders. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent customer service sills. Demonstrate ability and willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work on-call hours as necessary. Proficient with computers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. May be required to pass a drug test.
