Qualifications: • 5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC Technician or in a related field • Experience in HVAC installation (preferred) • Certified EPA Type II or Universal (preferred) • Strong work ethic with a desire to gain industry knowledge • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and mechanical aptitude skills • Valid driver’s license As aCommercial HVAC Service Technician, you will: • Inspect and perform repairs on package units, split systems, air handlers, WSHPs, VFDs, boilers, fan coils, and cooling towers • Replace compressors and motors • Access and navigate building automation control systems through front-end computer terminals • Navigate, clear alarms, reset, and adjust parameters on VFDs • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures We also offer the followingbenefits: • Training • Medical, dental, and life insurance • Paid vacation (up to 3 weeks) • Paid Holidays • Paid sick time (1 week) • 401K with 30% match • Company supplied tools, uniform, boots, and cell phone/iPad • Company vehicle • Education reimbursement • 40+ hours full-time Who we are: We are an established and growing commercial HVAC/R company, celebrating 65+ years in the business.
