Job Description

Responsibilities Must have your current TDLR and EPA Universal certification Must have 5 plus years commercial HVAC experience! Your Primary Responsibility: To safely provide top quality maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems, while exceeding customer expectations Required 5-10 years Commercial or Industrial experience. Perform maintenance and repair tasks for all types of chiller systems, air and water cooled, for both commercial and industrial Positively respond to heavy workload of service calls in a professional manner Ensures customers' questions/concerns have been addressed before leaving the work site Repair, troubleshoot and maintain packaged and split systems Troubleshoot, diagnose and repairs various makes and models of equipment Perform preventative maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial HVAC equipment primarily chillers but could include split systems, packaged rooftop units, cooling towers and pumps, as needed Demonstrate ability to determine priorities based on call schedule, respond to inadvertent interruptions, carry proper tools and materials, and schedule vehicle maintenance Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the repair of air and water cooled, heating and air condition equipment in commercial and industrial buildings Knowledge of electrical and control systems Keep supervisor and manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaints Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field Participate in on call rotation, volunteer to take on new challenges and work assignments Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations Maintain accurate and complete invoices, paperwork and other procedures to company standards Keep technical knowledge current regarding equipment and concepts Participate in company provided training opportunities Maintain the highest safety standards and wear all PPE while working on the job Observe all company procedures and safety rules Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance 8 hour shift Job Type: Full-time Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Austin, TX 78709 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Austin, TX 78709: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
