Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team at The Chill Brothers. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering reliable and affordable HVAC solutions. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. • Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions. • Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance. • Communicate with customers regarding service options and recommendations. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all service activities. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and equipment repair techniques. • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction. • Valid HVAC certification or license is preferred.
