Perform High Quality and Profitable Work. -Must have 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience. -Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. and must be willing/able to climb ladders. -Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. -Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills -Positive Attitude -Process oriented and innovative -Driven by team success -Desire for a long term employment commitment.
