Commercial HVAC Technician - Experienced (5+ Years Required)

Job Overview At 365 Mechanical, we're not looking for "just another Tech." We’re looking for atrue HVAC professional— someone with at least5–10 years of commercial HVAC experiencewho knows how to keep complex systems running right the first time. The ideal candidate will haveat least a minimum of 5 years of experienceworking exclusively withcommercial systems(no residential), withknowledge of STULZ and Mitsubishi equipment being a major plus. This role includes performing maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations to keep our commercial clients’ HVAC systems running at peak efficiency—all while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment • Install, replace, or upgrade commercial HVAC components as needed • Accurately document service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs • Operate and maintain company-provided service vehicle; valid driver's license required • Communicate effectively with customers, facility managers, and internal teams • Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards at all times Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of verifiable commercial HVAC experience • Solid mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills • Experience with or knowledge ofSTULZ and Mitsubishi systems(major plus) • Valid EPA Universal Certification (Required) • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily • Must have a clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including rooftops and mechanical rooms Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with mission-critical systems or data center cooling • Welding or basic metal fabrication skills • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems • OSHA 10 or 30 certification What We Offer: • Competitive pay:$30.00 – $45.00 per hour(based on experience and certifications) • Full-time, steady work with established commercial clients (no slow seasons) • Company vehicle and fuel card (if applicable) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for additional training and certifications Equal Opportunity Employer: 365 Mechanical, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
