Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair commercial DX HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, package units, and preferably VRF systems • Replace and repair compressors, motors, expansion valves, coils, and other system components • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked • Communicate effectively with customers and all Airco team members • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and EPA regulations • Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in good condition Requirements: • High School or Trade School Graduate or GED • At least 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience • EPA Universal License • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record • Able to pass a background check Benefits: • SIGN ON BONUS • Two weeks paid vacation - 1st year • Paid holidays & sick leave • Very low mileage service vehicles • Excellent health, vision, & dental insurance with incredibly low employee cost • Life insurance – (2X salary paid by company) • Short-term & long term disability insurance (paid by the company) • Accidental death and dismemberment Insurance • Optional additional life insurance • 401 K Savings plan: matched by company • Tuition reimbursement • Teladoc • Employee assistance program *Sign on bonus is based solely on experience.
