Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Service technician who performs scheduled and contract commercial/light industrial refrigeration system maintenance at client facilities. Assists with refrigeration system/equipment installations and equipment start-up / commissioning at client facilities. Works closely with service coordinators and sales staff to develop long-term client relationships. Prepares recommendations for client facility service / equipment replacement based on service visit. Commercial/light industrial customers include cold storage facilities, distribution centers, and production facilities. Location:Candidates must reside within 40 miles of South Philadelphia Salary:$35- $45 an hour DOE Job Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC/R systems. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
