It's the perfect environment to recharge and maintain that work-life balance we all crave. Flexible Work Arrangement:This is a hybrid position designed to grow with you. You'll start full-time in the office to learn our systems. As you develop and prove yourself, we'll gradually transition to 1 day working from home, with the potential to have up to 2 days remote. However, we believe in the power of in-person collaboration, so there's an expectation that you'll be in the office regularly to maintain those important face-to-face connections. Requirements • California P&C license required • Must have 1-4 years of prior commercial insurance experience • Applied EPIC experience is preferred but not required • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities with strong oral and written communication skills • Confident, self-starter who works well independently • Willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable Responsibilities • Assist owner/broker in providing quality service to existing clients, account development, and reporting claims • Prepare Acord applications, submissions and proposals • Marketing including pre-qualifying new business • Bind renewals and new business as required • Perform quality control and review applications, endorsements and policies for accuracy • Maintain and update files in Agency Management System • Review and resolve certificate deficiencies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,640.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Application Question(s): • What AMS do you have experience with?
