Commercial & Investment Bank - Currencies Emerging Markets Trading, Associate

As an Associate in the Currencies Emerging Markets Trading team, you will be at the heart of our trading operations, helping to facilitate market making and manage risk for our institutional clients. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, leveraging your understanding of global market processes to support client needs and drive business success. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate market making of Fixed Income securities, FX, and other interest rate-related products.
• Monitor risk positions and ensure compliance with internal and external limits.
• Support client requests and establish competence in executing trades.
• Keep all relevant parties informed of key developments and share insights.
• Analyze market drivers and manage risk effectively.
• Assist senior traders with interbank activities and other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 3 years of experience in banking/financial industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and processes.
• Proficiency in discussing fundamental and technical aspects of traded products.
• Ability to manage and discuss different types of risk.
• Focused on client and business needs in fast-moving markets.

• Self-directed and highly motivated.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Experience in trading fixed income products.
• Understanding of FX and Interest Rate Derivatives markets.
