Contract Role: Commercial Licensor Marketing Analyst
About the Team:
Join a dynamic, globally connected team responsible for building and managing world-class partnerships with top entertainment studios and licensors. This team plays a critical role in driving the success of licensed product lines across regions—including North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.
Acting as the bridge between licensors and internal stakeholders, the team leads joint business planning, licensing deal support, and go-to-market execution. From managing iconic global IPs to evaluating new opportunities, the focus is on unlocking growth through smart, data-driven strategies and collaboration.
This role supports licensed portfolios from some of the biggest names in entertainment and gaming, including household-name IPs spanning film, television, and interactive media.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, commercially mindedLicensor Marketing Analystto join our global partnerships team on a contract basis. You’ll be a key contributor to strategy, planning, and execution for some of the most recognized entertainment brands in the world.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director overseeing the portfolio, this role combines analytical rigor with cross-functional coordination. You’ll help align global business efforts with partner goals, support business planning, and uncover insights that drive decisions across regions.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of the team, you’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day operations and strategic projects that support global licensed partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
• Support key commercial planning milestones—ensuring alignment between internal goals and partner priorities.
• Provide meaningful sales and demand insights that guide business decisions across regional and global teams.
• Manage forecasting processes to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
• Analyze point-of-sale and market data to deliver actionable recommendations and shape internal strategies and partner discussions.
• Lead competitive analysis and category reviews using industry tools (e.g., Circana/NPD) to spot white space opportunities and back up new proposals.
• Organize and facilitate global commercial meetings, setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring clear follow-up across stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication, including setting meeting agendas, summarizing outcomes, and driving next steps.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into strategic insights.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
• A self-starter who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
