Commercial Operations Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess our current performance and strategy
• Focus on KPI reporting, trending & analysis including bookings, revenue, spend and productivity metrics
• Utilize data analysis tools and business intelligence software to track commercial performance and trends
• Generate regular reports and insights on key revenue metrics to assist in strategic decision-making
• Collaborate across internal teams to create and align on consistent processes
• Report out to leadership teams on trends and performance

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, banking, consulting, financial services or a related analytical role
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, emphasis on excel
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM system and utilizing reporting functionality
