Commercial Pipefitter/Welder

Job Title: Pipefitter/Welder – COMMERCIAL Job Overview We are hiring askilled Pipefitter/Welderwith a minimum of5 years of experience in commercial pipefitting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working withrefrigeration systems and DX piping, and the ability to read blueprints and perform precise installations in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and piping layouts. • Install and fit various types of commercial piping systems, including black steel, copper, and PVC. • Perform welding tasks as needed – flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead (6G preferred). • Work specifically withrefrigeration and DX (direct expansion) piping. • Assist in layout, rigging, and pipe support installation. • Operate power tools, pipe threading machines, and cutting torches safely and efficiently. • Conduct system inspections to ensure compliance with job specs and code standards. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial pipefitting(required). • Experience with refrigeration systems and DX piping(required). • Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills. • Welding skills; 6G certification is a strong plus. • Proficient with commercial piping materials and installation techniques. • Physically able to lift, climb, and work in varying jobsite conditions. • Must adhere to all jobsite safety regulations and company protocols.
