Commercial Plumber (5 yrs exp req)

Our employees are our greatest asset, and we’re committed to treating them that way. As we continue to expand, we’re looking to add two experienced Commercial Plumber/HVAC Technicians to our team. Responsibilities • Perform commercial installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, water heaters, and related equipment • Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve plumbing and HVAC issues independently and efficiently • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance • Collaborate with team members and clients to complete work on time and to standard • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites • Document work performed and communicate clearly with dispatch and clients Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing and/or HVAC • Ability to work independently shortly after hire • Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Previous experience as a journeyman plumber, master plumber, commercial HVAC technician, or service plumber preferred • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record • Familiarity with safety standards and local plumbing/HVAC codes Benefits • Competitive compensation based on experience • Opportunities for growth in a fast-expanding company • Supportive team environment that values independence and collaboration • Ongoing training and development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) 3% Match • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Overtime pay • Profit sharing Schedule: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Plumbing: 5 years (Required) Language: • And Write English Fluently (Required) Location: • San Jose, CA 95131 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
