Commercial Plumber

A Commercial Construction company in San Antonio is seekinglicensed Apprentice Plumbersfor commercial construction projects in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and/or develop existing skills in the plumbing industry. As a Plumber, you will work alongside experienced plumbers to execute various plumbing tasks on commercial buildings. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes. • Assist in the assembly and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures. • Perform basic math calculations for measuring and cutting pipes. • Assist with remodeling projects and renovations. • Use plumbing tools and equipment safely. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. REQUIREMENTS: • Valid Plumbing License in the State of Texas (Apprentice, Journeyman, Master) • Prior Experience in Commercial Construction • At LEAST 2 years of experience as an Apprentice Plumber • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations • Mechanical knowledge and aptitude • Willingness to learn new and develop existing skills • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • MUST pass a background check and drug screen PAY: $18-$23/hr (depending on experience) SHIFT: 7am-4pm* *LOTS of OT available, shifts may last 10-12 hours a day. *Shift times may vary slightly (ie. 6am-3pm instead of 7am-4pm) LOCATION: • San Antonio, TX • No per diem allotted for this particular position ABOUT US: Thank you for your interest in joining Texas Staffing Solutions.
