Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, Diagnose, and Repair:Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose plumbing issues, and perform repairs. Install, replace, or upgrade plumbing fixtures and systems as needed. • Troubleshooting and Emergency Response:Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and respond to emergency calls promptly. • Documentation and Compliance:Maintain records of work performed and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations. • Client Communication and Satisfaction:Communicate effectively with clients, explain plumbing issues and solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. • Safety and Equipment Maintenance:Prioritize safety, maintain a clean work area, and ensure proper equipment maintenance. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of commercial service plumbing experience. • Ability to operate and maintain various plumbing tools and equipment, such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, soldering torches, and drain cleaning equipment. • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to establish rapport with clients. • A keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of plumbing installations and repairs. • Professionalism and the ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
