Overview:TheCommercial Program Manager Traineewill learn to manage and oversee commercial customer programs, ensuring projects meet customer specifications, timelines, and cost expectations. This entry-level role is focused on relationship development, coordination, and continuous improvement through 2 Second Lean principles. Key Responsibilities:(include but not limited to):Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following: • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial programs from initiation through final delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to meet program goals. • Monitor progress, track key metrics, and communicate with internal stakeholders and customers as directed. • Learn to manage schedules, budgets, and customer communications under the supervision of experienced program managers. • Identify and support implementation of 2 Second Lean process improvements. • Other duties may be assigned by leadership. Qualifications:Minimum Preferred Qualifications, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following: • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus • Minimum of (2) years of related work experience preferred • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and best practices. Physical requirements:Essential physical requirements pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, include and are not limited to the following: • Strength:Light — Exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. • Movement:Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling. • Auditory:Talking and hearing. • Vision:Near acuity, far acuity, depth perception. • Environmental Conditions:Exposure to noise, vibration, and atmospheric conditions typical of a manufacturing environment.
