What You’ll Do: • Lead the strategic oversight of large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+), ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and architects to bring complex designs to life. • Manage project portfolios, budgets, schedules, and resources with a keen eye for efficiency and innovation. • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure project success. • Drive innovative solutions to overcome challenges and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
