Commercial Project Manager - DFW

Choate USA is currently seeking to hire a Commercial Project Manager to work in our Dallas, Texas location. Our Commercial Project Managers are experienced in large landscape and irrigation projects. This is a field position. You will be on multiple commercial projects per day managing labor, materials, paperwork and more. If you are currently a part of this industry, then you are aware of the long hours and tough conditions. However, if you choose to work in the Landscaping and Irrigation industry, Choate USA is the place to be. We are an aggressive, hands on, hard charging company. If you are not willing to get your hands dirty, we are not the place for you. Your daily routine does not expect you to have a shovel in your hands, but you will jump in if needed to get the job done. Requirements: • Experience as a project manager in the Commercial Construction Industry. • An Irrigators License or Irrigation Technician License is a plus • Backflow Certification is a plus. • Plant/landscaping knowledge preferred • Strong work ethic, good communication, and organization skills. • Some Saturdays will be required to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day On-Site leadership and management of laborers and subcontractors. • Coordinate, implement and manage all aspects of the project while maintaining company expectations for quality, profitability, and safety. • Plan and execute efficient delivery and use of materials and labor to meet project budget. • Attend to administrative requirements as required by Choate USA and its customers. • Provide training and support to crew members as needed Salary is based on your experience, pay ranges from $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 in base salary. Annual bonuses may be paid on office profitability. A vehicle allowance, company cell phone and work-related fuel is provided. Medical benefits are offered as a part of the compensation package after 90 days.
