The ideal candidate will spearhead Division 10 projects, guaranteeing timely, on-budget, and superior quality completions. This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Core Responsibilities: • Direct and supervise all aspects of Division 10 projects from signed contract to finish. • Facilitate effective communication among clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution. • Commit to delivering projects on schedule, within the agreed scope and budget. • Maintain the highest standards of quality assurance and safety across projects. • Tackle challenges with creative problem-solving and innovative solutions. • Provide prompt responses to client inquiries and requests. Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the commercial construction sector, with specific experience in Division 10 being ideal. • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory standards. • Exceptional skills in communication, leadership, and negotiation. • The capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently while paying close attention to details. • Procore & Bluebeam proficiency is a must.
