Commercial Project Manager/Superintendent

```Duties``` - Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns - Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards ```Experience``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Prolog - Experience with construction estimating and budgeting - Familiarity with construction drawings, schematics, and Civil 3D software - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of contract management principles - Familiarity with Bluebeam or other document management software If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for managing complex commercial construction projects, we want to hear from you!
