Commercial Roofer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing systems and be capable of working on commercial projects. This role involves collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards while completing roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, sloped roofs, and other specialized roofing materials. • Perform inspections to identify issues or potential problems with roofing systems. • Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project specifications are met. • Fabricate necessary components for roofing systems as needed. • Engage in minor frame carpentry tasks related to roof structures. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations. Qualifications • Proven experience in commercial roofing or related construction fields. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work at heights safely. • A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation to various job sites. • Commitment to safety practices on construction sites.
