Commercial Roofing Specialist / TPO Installation Experience Required

We are looking for experienced Commercial Roofing Specialist with experience in TPO installation who wants to join a motivated team and contribute their problem solving skills and energy towards the goal of always exceeding customer expectations. Duties • Install and repair various types of commercial roofing materials and systems. Must have experience with TPO roofing systems. • Ensure roof installation adheres to company quality assurance standards and manufacturer specifications, identify and address roof issues, and perform repairs where necessary. • Inspect completed projects for problems and ensure any necessary repair work occurs prior to shipment of finished building. • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including using appropriate safety equipment and following OSHA guidelines. • Communicate effectively with construction team to ensure client expectations are exceeded for every project. • Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Requirements • At least 3 years of TPO commercial roofing experience. • Familiarity with all commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques. • Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. • Proficiency in using hand and power tools required for the position. • Ability to work at heights and climb ladders and scaffolding. • Physical strength to lift and carry heavy materials. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Great attention to detail and problem solving skills.
