City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an outgoing, driven, and motivated individual to join our growing sales team. City Wide Sales Executives receive a lucrative base salary, uncapped commission plan, car allowance, cell phone, laptop and benefits. Successful first year Sales Executives earn $70-100K with second year peak performers averaging $125K+. Also seeking recent college graduates and future college graduates looking to pursue career in sales. Candidates should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consistent work ethic. As a project manager who also prospects for new business, you seek out & sign up new commercial clients, and then manage the projects. You run the full cycle from lead generation to close, and manage the work using our network of independent contractors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients • Manage the sales process scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals and winning business • Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, manage work • Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information • Enjoy and thrive in an exciting & positive work atmosphere in our rapidly growing business POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; MS Office skills; knowledge of CRM; Project management • Communication, Oral & Written – ability to communicate effectively and concisely • Relationship Building – potential clients buy from people they like, and who are knowledgeable and fair • Problem Solving – ability to find the prospect’s pain and the skill to guide them to any number of solutions that City Wide offers • Time Management – get the job done, bring on new business, manage for success • Self-Motivated – you don’t wait around, you make it happen!
