The role is to manage and lead commercial support function in Thailand and details task of the team are as following:

• Facilitate sales and marketing team to run customer engagement activities/make payment for professional service, sterilization fee, and sales agent commission by preparing and processing required documents through internal approval systems (CAPS GRT NEXT) Sales document management including
• preparing and keeping traceability of quotation, technical specification for tender submission
• monitoring tender announcement
• Following up on outstanding purchase orders/walking implants
• Filing sales contracts
• Support marketing events on site when needed. Supervise/Coordinate with vendors related to sales and marketing activities. Database administrator for SFDC and generate SFDC dashboard for commercial leaders. Demo equipment management and file product evaluation document required by compliance team.
