Commercial Travel Plumber

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber with extensive experience in commercial plumbing systems. This position requires 75% travel, so flexibility and a willingness to be on the road are essential. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings across various job sites. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. • Travel to job sites across the region or country as needed (75% travel). • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber in commercial settings. • Valid Journeyman Plumber license/certification. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment. • Ability to trouble shoot and repair boilers in Hospital environments. • Back Flow Certified. • Strong knowledge of med gas piping. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Must be able to travel frequently and stay overnight as required. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
