What You’ll Do • Identify and reach out to potential clients (businesses, startups, agencies, and organizations). • Present our video services with confidence using case studies, portfolios, and pitch decks. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. • Collaborate with our creative team to shape proposals and tailor solutions. • Manage your pipeline using our CRM (training provided). • Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Compensation • Commission-based only. • 15% commission on closed deals (20% for deals over $25k). • Bonuses for hitting milestones ($2,500 bonus at $150k in sales per year). • Example: Closing a $15,000 video project = $2,250 commission.
