Overview The Commissioned Officer plays a critical role in maintaining safety and security within the community. This position involves enforcing laws, conducting surveillance, and managing conflicts to ensure a safe environment for all. Responsibilities • Enforce laws and regulations while maintaining public order. • Conduct surveillance operations to prevent and investigate criminal activities. • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid and CPR when necessary. • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to enhance community safety. • Utilize CCTV systems for monitoring and reporting suspicious activities. • Implement loss prevention strategies to protect property and assets. • Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations. • Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and reports. Experience Candidates should have relevant experience in law enforcement or military service, demonstrating a strong understanding of security protocols. Familiarity with first aid, CPR, surveillance techniques, and conflict management is essential. Experience in loss prevention and the use of CCTV systems will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
