Job Description
We are looking for a Communication expert to join the communications team in Hungary. You would be responsible for the development and management of local communication initiatives - with internal communication focus - driving your own projects and supporting the leadership’s strategic communication. A special focus of yours will be on boosting the engagement of the Hungarian employees. For this task we will be relying on your creativity, your motivation and you experience in the matter.
Your tasks will include:
- Translate company goals into a communication strategy
- Stakeholder management
- Preparation of new communications channels concepts
- Content management from scratch to a final product (idea, concept, copywriting etc.)
- Event preparation and implementation for overarching communication strategies
- Definition, coordination, and implementation of Group policies/guidelines for internal communication
- Preparation of options and recommendations for action for the top management regarding communication measures
- Strategic project management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
- Proficiency in various communication platforms and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and internal communication softwares
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Additional Information
Advantages
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with digital drawing software
- German language skills
