You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Ensuring effective communication for Ignitis Estonia and Ignitis Renewables Estonia.
• Professionally representing the Ignitis Group brand in Estonia, encompassing corporate, internal, PR, employer, and marketing communications.
• Developing a long-term local communication strategy and implementing it tactically in collaboration with the business team and agency partners.
• Planning and budgeting initiatives annually, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of results.
• Collaborating with both agency partners and the in-house Group communication team in Lithuania.
• Representing the company in public forums.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate brand building (360-degree approach).
• Knowledge of the energy sector.
• Proven experience working with international brands and managing corporate and marketing campaigns, particularly in the B2B sector.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving results.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional knowledge of Estonian and English languages – spoken and written.
