Lili is looking for a Communications & Content Manager to join our fast-growing Creative Marketing team:

We are looking for an experienced Communications & Content Manager to expand our marketing efforts and take the Lili brand to new heights. Our ideal candidate is equal parts creative, operational and analytic -- You must be a creative idea generator and hands-on content creator with excellent copywriting and written communication skills. 

Experience creating additional forms of media (inc. video, podcasting, PR) and a solid understanding of social media best practices is highly advantageous.

About the team:

The Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that present Lili’s message and product to small businesses owners in the US.

Team members work closely with key stakeholders across product and growth, to deliver our unique messaging, product capacities, and creativity to the US market.


What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will write articles that get read and shared, killer website and product copy, as well as collaborate with the rest of the team, and with freelancers & agencies to develop content across a wide variety of formats and channels.

Creative storyteller with strong written communications skills.

Organized, able to create and adhere to a schedule and deliver quality at pace

Pragmatic and able to adapt and receive coaching.

Experience developing content calendars and strategy

What you will do:

Lead the concept, development, production, distribution, and analysis of campaigns.

Produce a steady cadence of content including blogs, app and web copy, marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms.

Crafting copy for our website, product explainers and product tech copy, and marketing materials.

Support in developing marketing emails, video scripts and marketing collateral.

Conducting research and staying updated on relevant topics to fuel content outputs.

Engaging with industry thought leaders to uncover stories, source quotes and ideas and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Communications Content Manager.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, in Fintech, Tech, or Software Applications
  • Track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns, video, static, audio, and live events.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, manage projects and lead a cross-functional team through planning and execution processes.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate an idea into a compelling execution.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and great problem-solving skills
