Job Description
A Communications Lead Consultant is primarily accountable for developing and executing stakeholder communication strategies for the organization. This work includes but is not limited to executive positioning, communication counsel, planning and execution, enterprise business partner services, business system stakeholder management and conference content delivery to improve business partner engagement. A primary role includes ensuring quality, error-free, strategically targeted communications are developed to benefit the business system.

Key Responsibilities

Formulates strategies to achieve plan objectives

Forecasts short-term and long-term deliverables cross functionally

Consistently plans, implements, manages, and/ or sponsors projects of moderately high to high complexity

Evaluates and implements process improvements to internal and external compliance requirements/standards

Actively builds strong relationships among teams and team members to ensure cooperation on project objectives

Communicates and presents project information to project team as well as providing presentation/ updates to senior level management

Ensures processes are followed and applied consistently throughout team/department

Proactively evaluates procedures and processes regularly and determines/ recommends alternatives or improvements

Solicits and integrates input from key stakeholders

Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs & processes

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
