Job Description:
Lead the communications and onboarding of new customers adopting Grubbrr products. Oversee all client communications during the implementation phase of pilot projects and rollout projects. Manage and iterate on communications channels to reduce project durations. Create and manage project plan templates; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of projects. Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget. Manage day-today execution of project implementations including the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project. Manage several large projects or many small to medium sized interrelated projects requiring complex cross-functional collaboration and management at the program level. During the course of a project, serve as the primary customer interface and perform project management activities that ensures adherence to Grubbrr Core Values. Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed. Facilitate and own the creation of Grubbrr technical design documents for complex projects, by interfacing with Product Owners, Architects and Developers, as needed. Provide hands-on configuration / customization of Grubbrr products. Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects. Identify opportunities to leverage all Grubbrr technologies. Facilitate project review sessions with the client and team. Lead end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management. As necessary, write and review QA and UAT scripts. Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off. Prepare user documentation and training documentation as necessary. Leverage communications and business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements. Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmapping. Position allows for telecommuting from home from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a closely related field plus two (2) years of experience in a public relations occupation. Position requires any amount of experience in all of the following skills:

• Experience with execution of project management
• Experience working with customer executive team to determine technical requirements for software and hardware deployment
• Experience with onboarding, training and supervision of new operations staff
• Experience developing new project templates and originating project process
• Experience serving as primary customer interface
• Experience with various software applications including JIRA, Salesforce, and Slack
• Experience working with software development teams to solve customer problems
• Experience with training customers on software management

Position allows for telecommuting from home from anywhere in the U.S.
Offered Wage: $105,000 per year
