The Job

ClickBank's Community Manager will be focused on growing and engaging our community of customers and followers. This will be focused on a few primary places: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and a Discord community server. You will be responsible for sourcing content, publishing content, conversation management, and moderation of these channels while leveraging the support of and collaborating with the entire marketing team here at ClickBank.

You will be the head and the heart that powers our ability to create relationships, a sense of belonging, and a true community reaching for a common goal around common interest of making money online.

Responsibilities

• Community management. You will be active daily in our community of affiliate students who are learning to get traction and participating in channels focused on traffic sources and other topics.
• Live event management. Monthly live education event coordination and promotion. We hold monthly live webinars where successful affiliate marketers come in and teach our students. You will be owning these from top to bottom.
  • Weekly new student onboarding webinars that help them understand the courses available, how to navigate their student dashboard, how the community works and how to get the most out of their purchase.
• Social media management. Source, publish, and manage content for our social media accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers to foster and engage a community that grows together.
• Engage, listen, and moderate in our conversations across these platforms.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of affiliate marketing or performance marketing experience is strongly preferred (bonus points if you've promoted ClickBank offers as an affiliate). General knowledge of ClickBank is also very helpful.
• 1-2 years experience directly managing social media and in-depth knowledge of social media marketing.
• Strong general knowledge of performance marketing, traffic source creation, and affiliate marketing.
• You should have a natural drive and self-motivation to match our high growth team. You proactively seek and solve challenges and do not only meet minimum expectations but exceed them.
• 1-2 years experience managing a community on Discord or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and organization skills to internally recruit featured experts to present in our live monthly education events, coordinate with them, plan, and execute these events as well as a good knack for sourcing content internally or externally from UGC.
• Being highly social and comfortable in text chat environments as well as on live video in front of larger groups of people as you co-host weekly and monthly webinars.
• Willingness to come into ClickBank office in person at least once per week.

• Thrives on social interactions in general, outgoing, and upbeat.
• Experience with Discord or Slack.
• Experience using tools like Sprout or Hootsuite to manage social media accounts
