Community Programs Content Specialist

FocusKPI is looking for a Community Programs Onboarding Specialist to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company.
The team is seeking a passionate and experienced consultant who will be responsible for the general intake and onboarding process for client teams with their Community & Learning offerings. You will be focused on building a bank of general training and onboarding resources that client's team can leverage as they're supporting Community Events (https://ace.atlassian.com/) and engaging in our Community forum. Resources would include platform walkthroughs, self-serve resources, and helping us buildout scaleable processes for up-skilling client's team (i.e.documentation, self-paced training, Loom videos, playbooks, FAQs etc.) with their Community &Learning offerings.
Work Location: Remote, EST is required.
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $25/hr to $30/hr
Responsibilities:

• Deliver self-paced training resources that client's team can use to familiarize themselves with our Community & Learning offerings
• Create and manage a source calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery schedules
• Build respect & trust with internal teams and stakeholders 
• Measure the impact of resources and satisfaction with deliverables; you’ll also work to incorporate feedback into resource improvements

Qualifications:

• 2+years of content creation experience 
• Ability to produce high-quality visual and written content that resonates 
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Confluence, Loom, PowerPoint, Keynote 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in communicating ideas, concepts, and designs; keen eye for detail and creativity 
• Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems is beneficial 
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve content usage and performance 
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within distributed teams 
• You're energized by building relationships with a diverse group of people

Good to have:

• Experience working in Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence Cloud, and Trello; added bonus if you're familiar with Absorb
