Community Project Manager (World of Warships Blitz)

We are looking for a Community Program Manager who has experience managing player communities on Discord and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a knack for engaging with players. Additionally, having experience with backend systems to trigger in-game messages and player rewards is a significant plus.

This role is in hybrid mode: 2 days per week working from home.

What will you do?

• Community Management:
  • Manage and engage with the player community across Discord and other social media platforms.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
  • Respond to player inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and host community events, AMAs, and live streams to increase player engagement.
  • Monitor community sentiment and provide regular reports to the development team.
  • Analyze community metrics and player feedback to improve community engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management and project coordination.

• Social Media:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with the player community and promote game-related content.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for player feedback, trends, and discussions relevant to the game.
  • Engage with the community through comments, messages, and posts to build relationships and address concerns.
  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns targeting specific demographics.

• Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate community-driven projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with the development and marketing teams to align community activities with overall project goals.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and departments.
  • Utilize backend systems to trigger in-game messages, notifications, and player rewards.

What are we looking for?

• Experience:
  • A few years of experience in gaming community management.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Basic Social Media marketing experience. 

• Skills:
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with community management tools and social media platforms.

• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with player concerns and feedback.
