Job Description

Your role:

  • Monitors team performance by ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of product complaint records.
  • Provide training and education to Post Market Surveillance (PMS) team members on end-to-end complaint handing process (onboarding and ongoing).
  • Support document control management to maintain current and accurate policies and work instructions.
  • Work in a team environment to meet quality standards and to drive improved performance.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in biomedical engineering, science, healthcare, or medical profession a plus. (You've acquired 3+ years of experience in complaint handling, medical device or regulated industry).
  • Your skills include: Moderate understanding of CAPA, as well as global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards such as 21CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, ISO1497, and ISO9001, knowledge of global post market surveillance regulation (21CFR, MDD93/42/EEC and other applicable global regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office with a working knowledge of formulas or other special program functions.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
  • You're a self-starter, capable of multi-tasking, and have a strong ability to perform GDP/Quality review of documents and records.
