Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Compliance Advisor in London – to assist in delivering a critical, worldwide Compliance project, by liaising with aircraft operators across the globe, and to assist in providing excellent & pro-active support to our ACS Brokers and Offices
The project primarily concerns requesting the addition of ACS to Aircraft Operator’s insurance cover. This will involve:
- Contacting Aircraft Operators both by email and telephone
- Tracking the call and contact status of all outbound and inbound actions
- Maintain and develop contacts with Aircraft Operators to ensure the ongoing delivery of the project
- Confirming and, where necessary, finding accurate Aircraft Operator information
- Maintenance and update of the Compliance Project Database
- In due course, other Compliance duties may be added
- Supporting the Legal & Compliance team more broadly in our day-to-day activitiesÂ
- Other general office duties, as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in vendor onboarding compulsorily
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Attention to detail
- Computer Literacy

- Salary of INR 480000/- per annum
