 Job Purpose

The main goal of the Compliance Analyst is to support Bullhorn’s commitment to comply with applicable AI regulations and data protection legislation. You will be working closely with the Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to review the compliance of our services, e.g., with the EU AI act, GDPR, and CCPA. You’ll report the results of your assessments to your management and track the progress of any mitigating activities.

In this role, you need to articulate and operationalize AI governance and data protection requirements that our services require and assess on a regular basis whether they are met. Results are documented, and issues that need mitigation are tracked to completion.

Department

You will be part of the Global Compliance team. This team focuses on three distinct areas: auditing regarding our SOC program and ISO certificates, third-party risk management and security questionnaire handling, and privacy and data governance. The Compliance team operates cross-functionally.

In this role, you need to build partnerships with our Product teams, DBA, and Legal.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Audit the compliance of our products with the EU AI Act and applicable data protection legislation.

  • Report audit results and document findings.

  • Follow up with teams to track findings to completion.

  • Communicate changes to requirements to the internal organization.

  • Support assessments of third-party vendors for privacy compliance and AI use.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Experience) Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years experience with privacy regulations such as the GDPR.

  • Understanding of AI technologies and data protection principles. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to successfully navigate an international organization involving multiple teams (e.g., Product Development, DBA, and Legal).

  • Ability to autonomously track multiple project commitments.
