We are seeking to recruit a Compliance Analyst with experience in project and service delivery to support the successful execution of the Company’s business mission through maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company’s quality and information security management systems.

This role will be responsible for change control of policies, procedures, forms, and other documents that comprise the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), working with diverse stakeholders to support the regulatory and compliance needs of projects, delivering training to employees, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have autonomously managed projects, excellent attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Base Salary: $65k-$80k

This range represents anticipated base salary range for this position, in addition to competitive benefits and equity (as applicable). We carefully assess and consider several factors with each candidate, including location, role-related knowledge, experience and skills. Compensation may vary based on these considerations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Change control of compliance policies, procedures, forms, and other IMS documents.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve non-conformities.
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of new employees and the offboarding of departing employees.
  • Develop and deliver training for updated policies and procedures to employees across the company.
  • Assist other members of the Compliance Department and work on ad-hoc projects where necessary.
  • Analyze the performance of quality and information security controls to identify trends.
  • Participate in external audits by assisting with the preparation, collation, and presentation of controls evidence.
  • Assist with new and existing supplier management, vendor risk assessments and vendor performance evaluation. 
  • Streamline manual compliance processes to increase accuracy and lower administration overhead of compliance activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in risk management workshops to identify areas of present or emerging risk.
  • Independently run internal audits by audit planning, conducting meetings with auditees, assessing the performance of controls, and creating documentation to support internal audit activities.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders from across the business to support the regulatory and compliance needs of projects, products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience delivering IT transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to forge meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful change management efforts
  • Awareness of Scope Management, Cost Management and Operational Excellence
  • Experience with ISO9001, ISO27001 and service management frameworks are a plus
