Compliance Analyst (Exclusive for People with Disabilities)

The Compliance Team is responsible for helping CloudWalk teams enable disruptive products and services and also provide the best user experience that meets regulatory issues.

We are looking for a dynamic Compliance Analyst to join our team. This position focuses on ensuring regulatory adherence analyzing risks and leveraging technology to enhance compliance frameworks. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in financial services a passion for data-driven strategies and a collaborative mindset.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze and monitor regulatory requirements in the financial market and payments sector.

• Participate in discussions and implementations related to Open Banking PIX Real Digital and other initiatives.

• Develop and execute AML/CTF monitoring strategies to identify financial crime patterns.

• Assess risks and internal controls proposing improvements to compliance programs.

• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and regulatory authorities ensuring all activities meet legal standards.

• Promote a culture of compliance and provide training across teams.

• Utilize AI tools to optimize compliance processes and enhance decision-making.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Proven experience in compliance AML/CTF or operational risk preferably in fintech or financial services.

• Strong data analysis skills with familiarity in SQL and Python (a plus).

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as LGPD GDPR and COSIF norms.

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

• Experience with AI-driven solutions for compliance is a differentiator.
