Compliance and Policy Framework Specialist

ISS STOXX is growing! ISS STOXX is actively seeking a Compliance and Policy Framework Specialist to join the Mumbai team (Goregaon East).

Overview:

The ISS STOXX Compliance department is looking to add a Compliance and Policy Framework Specialist in building out its policy management capabilities. This individual will primarily have day-to-day responsibility for the management of compliance policies and other related policies. These policies relate to risks managed by the ISS STOXX Compliance function and to risks managed by other departments. This work will be performed in close cooperation with subject matter experts in the wider team. The reporting line will be to the Head of Governance & Corporate Compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating an inventory containing all relevant policies and corresponding owners

• Defining general standards for all relevant policies

• Monitoring the implementation and reviews of policies

• Support subject matter experts in the wider team in updating legacy policies in accordance with general standards

• Delivering reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.

• Three years' experience in a similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Independent initiative and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
