Summary We are seeking an Accountant to join our finance team at Texas Healthcare Solutions. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services. The accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data. • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment approvals. • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. • Utilize financial software for data entry, reporting, and analysis. • Support cash flow analysis to maintain healthy financial operations. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Experience with financial software is highly desirable. • Proficient in double-entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting methods. • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
