As a Senior 2D Artist, you will play a key role in driving the visual direction of our projects, from concept development to final delivery. You will collaborate closely product, animators, developers to ensure our products meet the highest artistic and technical standards.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality 2D assets, including characters, environments, and UI elements, aligned with the game’s visual style.
• Lead the development of concept art, mood boards, and style guides to define the artistic vision of projects.
• Collaborate with animators, game designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of artwork into the final product.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative art concepts and ideas for new projects.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools, incorporating new techniques to enhance the team's creative output.
   

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a 2D artist in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and expertise.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other digital painting tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Experience creating artwork for games, including characters, environments, and UI elements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other departments.
• A good conversational and written English level for clear and effective communication.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to feedback.
   

Company Summary

Please note that recruitment and work assignments will be handled by Aristocrat, however, this role will be hired through our trusted third-party Professional Employer Organization (PEO). The PEO will handle payroll, benefits, and HR administration, ensuring a seamless employment experience.
